General Policies    

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the BPI BizLink Exclusives Promo (“Promo”) for all Qualified Clients, who meet the eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder.  

2. The Cash Management Agreement and Supplemental Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions governing the use of BizLink as well as BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, and the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.

Eligibility and Participation

1. The Promo, which shall run from August 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022 (“Promo Period”), shall be open to all BPI corporate and business clients who are enrolled in BizLink (“BizLink Users”), BPI’s online banking platform for Corporates and Businesses.  

2. To join, BizLink Users must use any of the following facilities which they have not used from January 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022 (“Unused Facility”). Usage from any such Unused Facility during the Promo Period will earn them corresponding raffle entry/ies per successful transaction:

3. For every month during the Promo Period, BizLink Users may earn raffle entries from each Unused Facility only once. As such, BizLink Users may earn a maximum of nineteen (19) raffle entries per month. With the Promo Period running for three (3) months, BizLink Users will have a chance to accumulate a maximum of fifty-seven (57) raffle entries.

4. BizLink Users will be notified of the raffle entries earned every fifteenth (15th) of the following month.

Rewards and Redemption

1. Twenty-five (25) lucky BizLink Users will get a chance to win the following prizes:

2. Winners will be selected via a raffle draw to be facilitated by a BPI representative.

a. Date and Time of Raffle Draw: November 11, 2022

b. Venue of Raffle Draw: BPI Buendia Center, 372 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City (via Zoom)

3. Each BizLink User may win only once during the promo. Should a BizLink User win more than once, such BizLink User will get the prize of higher value.

4. Raffle winners shall be notified through electronic mail, or such other electronic transmission including SMS, which BPI, at its option, considers appropriate and effective, and the proof of service of which is capable of verification. Said notice shall include instructions on how to redeem the prize.  A redemption form is available for download in the promo page where the winners will indicate: (i) the BPI Branch where they prefer to claim their prize from; and (ii) their authorized recipient.

5. The winners shall submit the accomplished redemption form to bizlink@bpi.com.ph upon receipt of email notice.  

6. Prizes may be picked up from the BPI branch specified in the redemption form after seven (7) to fourteen (14) banking days upon BPI’s receipt of the signed redemption form. A second email notice will be sent informing the winners that they may now claim their prize at their chosen BPI branch.

7. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of the notice from BPI, otherwise, the same will be forfeited in favor of BPI.  

8. To claim the prize, winners must present the following documents to their chosen BPI branch:

a. Copy of the congratulatory message from BPI together with the signed redemption form specifying the authorized recipient of the prize;

b. Photocopy of two (2) valid government-issued IDs of the authorized recipient.

Terms and Conditions

1. All rewards offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The offers are non-transferable and may only be availed of by BizLink Users.

2. In case of disputes in respect of BPI only and the BizLink User’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI shall be considered final.  

3. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within seven (7) banking days from the end of the Promo Period.  

4. The Bank reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.  

5. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and applicable laws.   

6. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the rewards items.  

7. BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any BizLink User from further participation in the Promo, if in its judgment, that user has violated the terms and conditions herein. Suspension or disqualification may result in the cancellation of the BizLink User's right of participation and/or the collection of the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.  

8. BPI corporate and business clients with employees of BPI and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity as DOSRI or sole proprietors are disqualified from joining the promo.
