Congratulations to the winners.

1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI accountholders* who are enrolled in BPI Online and have an account on ZALORA.

2. On the ZALORA app or website, BPI accountholders must pay a minimum of Php 1,000 using their BPI Online account from April 25, 2022 to May 31, 2022 (11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time) to qualify.

3. BPI accountholders will earn one (1) raffle entry for each eligible transaction during the promo period.

4. A total of 5 BPI accountholders will win Php 10,000 worth of ZALORA eGCs.

5. An email notification with the total number of raffle entries will be sent to all eligible BPI accountholders at the end of the promo period.

6. A BPI accountholder can opt not to participate in the promo by sending and SMS with the message: BPISUMMERZALORA<space>NO to 09178910000.

7. A BPI accountholder can only win once during the promo.

8. The raffle draw will be held on June 14, 2022 via Microsoft Teams in the presence of a representative from BPI, ZALORA, and DTI.

9. The winner will be notified via registered mail or by any other form of communication wherein proof of notice or service can be verified.

10. The list of winners will be posted on the BPI website.

11. Promo prizes are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

12. Redemption of prize is within 60 days upon receipt of winner’s notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of BPI and ZALORA with prior approval of DTI.

13. BPI and ZALORA employees, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join this promo.

14. Once the promo prize is claimed, the relevant supplier's or merchant's terms and conditions will apply. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the promo prizes. Any dispute concerning the promo prizes shall be settled directly between the BPI accountholder and the supplier or merchant in accordance with their terms and conditions.

15. By participating in the promo, the BPI accountholder authorizes the bank to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers or merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner.
