Is there any minimum cash withdrawal amount at a BPI ATM?

BPI, and BPI Family Savings Bank account holders may withdraw as low as:

BPI - Php 500
BPI Family Savings Bank - Php 200

The minimum amount for local non-BPI account holders will depend on your bank.

What is the maximum ATM withdrawal per day?

The maximum number of bills that can be dispensed during a single withdrawal transaction is 40 bills.

Highest Denomination Available / Max Peso Value (Withdrawal):
Php 1,000 / Php 40,000
Php 500 / Php 20,000
Php 100 / Php 4,000

If you are a BPI EMV Debit Cirrus Gold card holder, your maximum withdrawal limit is Php 100,000 per day.

For BPI Debit Mastercard EMV card holders, you can adjust your withdrawal limit via Card Control in BPI Online.

Is there any transaction fee when using the machine?

• For BPI and BPI Family Savings Bank account holders, there is no withdrawal fee when using BPI ATMs.
• For local non-BPI account holders, transaction fees are subject to their respective banks.
• For foreign issued accounts, access fees may apply. Your bank may charge you an additional amount for your transactions.

What is an ATM/CAM TID number?

A Terminal Identification number (TID) is a four or eight digit number unique to each BPI ATM/CAM. It helps the bank identify where a transaction has happened and may be used to address complaints taking place in these locations.

Where can I find an ATM/CAM’s TID number?

You may find a TID number in one of three places:
a. On an ATM receipt.
b. At the ATM fascia, above the screen or near the receipt dispensary.
c. In your ATM withdrawal notification emails.

Where can I perform PIN changes, BPI Online activations, and Prepaid Card reloadings?

You can perform these features at branch-located BPI ATMs.
