Using the new BPI App:
1. Log in to the new BPI app.
2. Select "Transfer" from the menu.
3. Select "To own account".
4. Select your source account.
5. Select the account you would like to transfer to.
6. Type the amount you want to transfer then select Continue.
7. Confirm the details of your transaction.Tap on “Confirm”.
8. You're done!
Using the older BPI Online and BPI Mobile app:
1. Log in to the older BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
2. Select "Transfer Money" from the menu.
3. Select your source account.
4. Fill in details of the amount and select “Transfer to own account”.
5. Select the account you would like to transfer to.
6. Confirm the details of your transaction. Select Confirm.
7. You're done!
Using the new BPI app:
1. Log in to the new BPI app.
2. Select "Transfer".
3. Select "To another BPI account".
4. Select your source account that you want to transfer from.
5. Select beneficiary account you want to transfer to either by selecting from your list of enrolled third party account, manually keying-in the account number or by scanning/uploading the QR code.
6. Type the amount you want to transfer then select Continue.
7. Confirm details.
8. Authenticate your transaction via Mobile Key.
9. You're done!
Note: A transfer fee of Php 10 will be charged to the sender for unenrolled accounts. We recommend the use of the destination QR code or enrolling the account to be transfered to avoid additional charges.
Using the older BPI Online and BPI Mobile app:
1. Login to the older BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
2. Select "Transfer Money" from the menu.
3. Select your source account.
4. Fill in details of the amount and select "Transfer to 3rd party".
5. Input details of the destination account by manually keying-in the account number or by scanning/uploading the QR code.
6. Confirm details.
7. Authenticate your transaction via Mobile Key.
8. You're done!
Using the new BPI app
a. To other BPI accounts:
1. Log in to the new BPI app.
2. Select "Transfer".
3. Select "To another BPI account".
4. Select your source account that you want to transfer from.
5. Select "Do you have a QR code" button to scan/upload the QR code of your beneficiary.
6. Type the amount you want to transfer then select Continue.
7. Confirm details.
8. Authenticate your transaction via Mobile Key.
9. You're done!
b. To other local banks:
1. Log in to the new BPI app.
2. Select "Transfer" from the menu.
3. Select “To another bank” option then select "Transfer from" to select your source account.
4. Select "Transfer To" to select transfer options either via Instapay or PESONet.
5. Type the beneficiary bank you want to transfer to.
6. Select "Do you have a QR code" button to scan/upload the QR code of your beneficiary.
7. Type the amount you want to transfer then select Continue.
8. Confirm the details of your transaction. Tap on "Confirm".
9. Enter your Mobile Key, then select “Submit”.
10. You're done!
To boost your security, Mobile Key authentication will be required for Fund Transfers to any BPI account and transfer to another bank.

Note: A transfer fee of Php 25 per transaction will also be deducted from your account.
Using the older BPI Online and BPI Mobile app
a. To other BPI accounts:
1. Login to BPI on your browser or the BPI app.
2. Select "Transfer Money" from the menu.
3. Select “Transfer to 3rd party” and fill in the details.
4. Upload/scan the recipient’s QR code.
5. Confirm the details of your transaction. Tap on “Confirm”.
6. Enter your Mobile Key.
7. You're done!
b. To other local banks:
1. Login to BPI via web browser or the BPI app.
2. Select "Transfer Money" from the menu.
3. Select “Transfer to another bank”.
4. Upload/scan the recipient’s QR code*.
5. Confirm the details of your transaction. Tap on "Confirm".
6. Enter your Mobile Key, then select “Submit”.
7. You're done!
You have 3 options to create a scheduled transaction using BPI.
Option 1:
1. Login to the older BPI Online on your browser.
2. Select "Other Services" from the menu.
3. Select "Manage Scheduled Transaction".
4. Click "Create scheduled transactions".
5. You're done!
Option 2:
1. Set the schedule while doing your bills pay, transfer money, or prepaid card load transaction.
2. The scheduling option ("Frequency)" is part of the fields to fill out.
3. You're done!
Option 3:
1. After a successful transaction via BPI, a pop-up will also appear, asking if you want to make this transaction regularly.
2. Click "Make this a scheduled transaction".
3. You're done!
1. Login to the older BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
2. Select “Other Services” from the menu.
3. Select “QR Generator".
4. Select account to generate QR code.
5. Create a nickname for your QR Code. QR nicknames can have a maximum of 10 alphanumeric characters.
6. Enter the amount (optional).
7. Select “Save to Device”.
And you’re done!
You may now start using your QR code to receive money instead of giving your account number.
1. Login to the older BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
2. Select “Other Services” from the menu.
3. Select “Manage Billers and Payees”.
4. Select “Add new recipient”.
5. Fill in the details and Select "Confirm".
6. Enter your Mobile Key to approve enrollment.
7. You're done!
Using the new BPI App:
1. Login to the new BPI app.
2. Select "Transfer" from the menu.
3. Select “To another bank” option then select "Transfer from" to select your source account.
4. Select "Transfer To" to select transfer option via Instapay.
5. Type the beneficiary bank you want to transfer to.
6. Select "Transfer using" button to select ways to transfer funds either via Account number, Email Address or via Mobile number.
7. Fill in all necessary details then select Continue.
8. Confirm the details of your transaction. Tap on "Confirm".
9. Enter your Mobile Key, then select “Submit”.
10. You're done!
Using the older BPI Online and BPI Mobile app:
1. Login to the older BPI Online and BPI Mobile app.
2. Select “Transfer Money” from the menu selection.
3. Select “Transfer to another bank”.
4. Select the bank you want to send money to and fill in the details.
5. Choose whether to:
a. Enter the recipient's account number
b. Upload/scan the recipient's QR code**
c. Enter the recipient's registered mobile number***
d. Enter the recipient's registered email address***
6. Confirm the details of your transaction.
7. Use your Mobile Key PIN or smartphone’s biometrics to approve.

***Available to Chinabank, Metrobank, RCBC, and Unionbank only.

Using the older BPI Online and BPI Mobile app:
1. Login to the older BPI Online or the BPI Mobile app.
2. Select “Other Services” from the menu.
3. Under transactions, select “Link a Mobile Number or Email”.
4. Select a deposit account to register and nominate its nickname.
5. Choose whether to link* your registered mobile number or email address.
6. Confirm the details of your transaction. Tap on “Confirm”.
7. Enter your One-Time PIN, then select “Submit”.
8. You're done!
*You can only link your mobile number or email to one BPI account at a time.
Using the older BPI Online:
1. Login to the older BPI Online.
2. Select “Transfer Money” from the menu.
3. Select “Dollar to Peso” tab and fill in the details.
4. Click "Next".
5. Review your transaction details and click “Confirm” to proceed.
6. Transfer done! Keep the details of your transaction for reference.
7. You're done!
Note: The Dollar to Peso funds transfer facility is available 24/7 to card-based BPI US Dollar and Peso accounts.
Using the older BPI Online and BPI Mobile app:
1. Login to the older BPI Online or BPI Mobile.
2. Go to menu and select “Transfer Money”.
3. Select your USD source account.
For Transfer to Own:
a. Select “Transfer to Own Account".
b. Input the required details.
c. Confirm the details.
d. You’re done!
For Transfer to 3rd Party*:
a. Select “Transfer to 3rd Party”.
b. Input the required details.
c. Confirm the details and authenticate your transaction via Mobile Key.
d. You’re done!
*Note: USD-to-USD transfers are only available for BPI-to-BPI transactions.
Deleting scheduled transactions is only available via logging into the older BPI Online on your browser.
1. Login to the older BPI Online.
2. Select "Other Services" from the menu.
3. Select "Manage Scheduled Transaction".
4. Choose a source account. A list of scheduled transactions under that account will appear.
5. Select the scheduled prepaid transaction you would like to delete.
6. Select “Delete” and a pop-up will appear.
7. Tap “proceed” to delete.
8. You're done!
For own and enrolled accounts, there's no limit to the amount that you can transfer.
For unenrolled accounts, you can transfer up to an aggregated amount of Php 250,000* per day. This limit includes cash-ins to other partner apps and websites, load prepaid phone and prepaid card, load other prepaid, transfers to other BPI accounts (unenrolled), Instapay transfers, pay e-Gov, pay on delivery, and BPI to Cash.
*A higher limit is available to Preferred and Private Banking clients

Yes. You may still share your current QR code that shows the BPI Escudo in the middle. Please take note that the newly-generated QR code will now show the QR PH logo in the middle.

Can I link my BPI account to both my registered mobile number and email address at the same time to receive InstaPay transfers?
Yes. You may link your BPI account to both your registered mobile number and email address.
Note: Only one account can be linked to your registered mobile number and email address

Clients may transact up to $1,000 per account*.
*Note: This is on top of your daily transaction limit of Php 250,000 for regular clients or P500,000 for Preferred and Private Banking clients.
