1. A cardholder in good standing with sufficient points earned, may redeem AmoRewards anytime via SMS.
2. In the event the card expires and the cardholder does not request for renewal of the card and transfer of points to the new card, the cardholder may still redeem AmoRewards with earned points within 60 calendar days from the date of expiry.
3. To redeem AmoRewards in the AmoRewards catalog, cardholder must text AMOREDEEM <space> last 10 digits of the Amore Visa Prepaid card number <space> product code <space> birthdate (MMDDYY) and send to 2256. P1.00 is charged per SMS.

4. Cardholder will have to refer to the AmoRewards catalog found here ​​​​​​​for the product code and required points for redemption of their chosen AmoReward.
5. Cardholder will receive a redemption confirmation with the promo code/eCoupon via SMS within 2 banking days.
6. Once a valid redemption request has been made, this cannot be cancelled, revoked or changed
7. Upon receipt of the SMS redemption confirmation, cardholder must enter the promo code upon payment for online merchants or show the SMS with the eCoupon and Amore Visa Prepaid Card for store merchants.
8. The promo code/eCoupon is valid within 60 calendar days after receiving the SMS redemption confirmation

You can earn points from spending wherever Visa is accepted using your Amore Visa Prepaid Card. The conversion is 1 point for every P200 spend per transaction.

You don’t need to register to earn points. Your points have been tracked and credited automatically starting October 1, 2018 if you weren’t able to register in the AmoRewards App.

Your points are valid within 60 calendar days after card expiry. You may still use your points and redeem AmoRewards within that period.

You may have to get a new Amore Visa Prepaid Card and request to transfer the points from your lost/stolen card to your newly replaced Amore Visa Prepaid Card by visiting your nearest BPI/BFSB branch.
