Use your mobile device to inquire your company's account balances and transactions, as well as create and approve transactions, whenever and wherever using the BizLink mobile app.
BizLink has multiple levels of control to keep your transactions safe and secure. This includes data encryption, unique user ID and password, and pre-enrollment of services allowed for each authorized user.
1. Open a savings or current account for your business at any BPI branch.
2. Accomplish and sign the BizLink Onboarding Consent form and the required Company Document/s below.
- Corporation: Secretary’s Certificate
- Partnership: Partnership Resolution
- Sole Proprietorship: DTI Registration
3. Email the scanned copy of the documents to apply.bizlink@bpi.com.ph.
4. Receive your System Administrator and/or Transactional User credentials within one (1) banking day. Activate your Users’ access and start viewing your Accounts online.
5. Submit the original documents to 3F BPI Buendia Center, Sen Gil Puyat Ave, Makati City, within 30 calendar days, to complete the enrollment of your BizLink transactional facilities.
System Administrators
1. System Administrator Encoder
- Creates or deletes company Transactional Users (Maker, Authorizer)
2. System Administrator Approver
- Approves or rejects requests submitted by the System Administrator Encoder
Transactional Users
1. Maker
- Creates or initiates transactions in BizLink
- Views the account balance and history
2. Authorizer
- Approves, returns, or rejects transactions created by the Maker
- Views the account balance history
You can choose to avail of any of the following bundles when you enroll in BizLink.
1. Digital Access
a. No Average Daily Balance (ADB) requirement
b. Includes the following services:
- Inquire and view your account balances 24/7
- Download statement of accounts for easier reconciliation
- Transfer funds from one company to another conveniently
- Pay bills to over a hundred merchants with no pre-enrollment of merchants required
2. Core
a. Php 100,000 Average Daily Balance (ADB) requirement only
b. Includes the following services:
- Inquire and view your account balances 24/7
- Transfer funds from one company account to another conveniently
- Pay bills to over a hundred merchants with no pre-enrollment of merchants required
- Remit or pay government dues to BIR, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and SSS
- Pay suppliers and service providers with BPI accounts
- Transfer funds to other local banks within the hour, without a transaction amount limit
- Transfer dollar funds to dollar account in other local banks
- Transfer funds to foreign accounts anywhere in the world
