Systems Maintenance on May 19, 2023 (Friday), 10:00 PM to May 20, 2023 (Saturday), 12:00 PM

We will undergo a systems maintenance activity from May 19, 2023 (Friday), 10:00 PM to May 20, 2023 (Saturday), 12:00 PM. During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

a. BPI Channels - ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), BPI Online and BPI Mobile app, BPI BizLink, BPI BizKo
b. BPI Debit Cards
c. BPI services using BPI Online credentials in partner websites and apps, interbank funds transfer to BPI, and funding of BPI Prepaid Cards
d. VYBE sign-ups and cash-ins

*BizLink services will resume at 12:01 AM on May 21, 2023 (Sunday).

All BPI clients who plan to use BPI BizKo, BPI BizLink, BPI ATMs and CAMs, BPI Online credentials in partner apps and websites, BPI Debit Cards, and cash in or sign up to VYBE.

a. Funded BPI Prepaid Cards will be available for in-store and online purchases, and withdrawals via non-BPI ATMs subject to ATM usage fee.

b. BPI Credit Cards will also be available for in-store and online purchases, and Cash Advance via non-BPI ATMs subject to Cash Advance fee and other applicable fees.

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the systems maintenance activity. For your branch visit, you may check our branch schedule here.
 

Kindly pay your bills ahead of the systems maintenance activity to avoid possible penalties and charges. You may also pay your bills using your funded BPI Prepaid Card or BPI Credit Card.

Since the activity will happen after banking hours on Friday, May 19, 2023, and on Saturday, May 20, 2023, your scheduled BPI ADA transactions that fall within the duration of the maintenance activity will be processed on the next banking day which is on Monday, May 21, 2023.

No. Please plan ahead and make your cash withdrawals at any time before 10:00 PM on May 19, 2023 or after 12:00 PM on May 20, 2023.

No. All BPI Debit Card services, including international withdrawals, will be unavailable during the systems maintenance activity. You may use your BPI Prepaid or Credit Cards for international withdrawals or cash advance, subject to applicable fees.

No. We recommend that you do your transactions prior to or after the scheduled maintenance activity. Your card issuer may charge fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.

Cash options
a. If you have a BPI Credit Card, you can do Cash Advance via non-BPI ATMs. You will need your PIN to activate the Cash Advance feature. This will be subject to cash advance fee and other service fees.

b. If you have a pre-loaded BPI ePay Mastercard/Visa Prepaid Card, you can withdraw via non-BPI ATMs. You will need your PIN to activate and proceed with your withdrawal. This will be subject to usage fees of non-BPI ATMs.

Payment options
a. You may use your BPI Credit Card for in-store and online purchases.
b. You may use your pre-loaded retail or corporate BPI ePay Mastercard/Visa and Amore Visa for in-store and online purchases.


We encourage you to plan accordingly and do your urgent transactions (CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, BPI Online and BPI Mobile app transactions) before the systems maintenance activity.

Since the activity will happen after banking hours on Friday, May 19, 2023, and on Saturday, May 20, 2023, when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected. However, please ensure that your checking accounts are sufficiently funded.

Your transaction history will be updated right after the completion of the systems maintenance activity.
