Auto Loan

1. The promo will run from August 3, 2022 to August 31, 2022.

2. The promo is open to new and existing BPI Auto Loan borrowers nationwide who will apply for an auto loan from August 3, 2022 to 30, 2022 and whose loan application will be approved and booked on or before September 30, 2022.

3. Borrower with a loan application meeting the criteria below is eligible to avail of the promo:

• Loan Amount: Minimum of Php 500,000
• Loan term: 60 months (5 years)
• Vehicle Type: Brand New (for private/personal use)
  

4. Clients who qualify can redeem up to Php 171,000 worth of waived chattel mortgage fee and insurance premium for the first year of the loan.

5. Other Promo Conditions:

• The client should be able to pay the first monthly amortization on time.
• The client should not have delayed monthly amortization payments for more than three (3) succeeding months.
• The client should not pre-terminate/pre-pay the loan.
• The client should not convert the subject vehicle to a public utility, service, or delivery vehicle.
• The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other BPI Auto Loan promotions and /or offers.

6. Standard terms and conditions for BPI Auto Loan apply.

7. In case of dispute, BPI’s decision, in concurrence with DTI, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

Housing Loan

1. The promo will run from August 3, 2022 to August 31, 2022.

2. The promo is open to new and existing BPI Housing Loan borrowers nationwide who will apply for a housing loan from August 3, 2022 to August 31, 2022 and whose loan application will be approved and booked on or before October 31, 2022.

3. Client must meet the following conditions to qualify for the promo:

• Must be an individual borrower only. Judicial* entity clients are not entitled to the promo.
• Must have a minimum loan amount of Php 1,000,000
• Must have a minimum loan term of 10-20 years (acquisition and construction)
• The client should be able to pay the first monthly amortization on time.
• The client should not have delayed monthly amortization payments for more than three (3) succeeding months.
• The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other BPI Housing Loan promotions and/or offers.
  

4. Standard terms and conditions for BPI Housing Loan apply.

5. In case of dispute, BPI’s decision, in concurrence with DTI, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
