1. This promo is open to individual and corporate subscribers to select Unit Investment Trust Funds (UITFs) of BPI Asset Management and Trust Corporation (BPI AMTC) and participating Mutual Funds managed by BPI Investment Management, Inc. (BIMI).  Investments made by and in BPI AMTC Segregated Portfolio accounts do not qualify.

2. Promo period is from July 17, 2021 to October 31, 2021. Only investments made via BPI Online and BPI Mobile app within the promo period are qualified.

3. Subscriptions to any of the following participating funds qualify:

• All BPI Invest Funds and Odyssey Funds, except BPI Invest Money Market Fund and ABF Philippines Bond Index Fund
  
• All ALFM Mutual Funds, Ekklesia Mutual Fund and Solidaritas Fund
  

4. Each qualified subscription will entitle the client to one (1) e-Raffle ticket for a chance to win one (1) of ten (10) Php 5,000 worth of investment credits.  There will be drawn:

• Five (5) winning subscribers to the BPI Invest and Odyssey Funds; and
  
• Five (5) winning subscribers to the ALFM Mutual Funds, Ekklesia Mutual Fund and Solidaritas Fund
  

5. The raffle draw will be on November 12, 2021.

Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify, subscriptions must be made via BPI’s digital channels only (BPI Online or BPI Mobile app).  Subscriptions made via BPI Bills Payment or other third party payment facilities do not qualify.

2. For the purpose of this promo, the investments of the winning subscriber will be subject to the applicable holding period of the Fund to which the credit will be applied.  Where applicable, redemptions made within the holding period will be subject to the pertinent early redemption fee.

3. Qualifying investments should consist of fresh funds contributed to any of the participating fund.  Rules governing minimum subscriptions for the participating funds apply.

4. Switching of fund subscriptions is strictly not allowed.  A subscriber may not redeem from or terminate existing holdings from a fund (whether a UITF or mutual fund) for reinvestment to a participating fund for the purpose of qualifying for the promo.

5. To qualify for a raffle entry, the subscriber must subscribe to the applicable minimum initial investment amount required for the participating fund.  Subscriptions to two or more funds may not be combined to qualify.  Pooling of fund subscriptions is strictly not allowed.

6. Should the client disagree with the Terms and Conditions of the promo, he/she must send a non-conformity email to bpiamtcpromo@bpi.com.ph (for BPI Invest and Odyssey Funds) and/or to bimi_promo@bpi.com.ph (for ALFM Mutual Funds, Ekklesia Mutual Fund and Solidaritas Fund).  BPI AMTC or BIMI, as applicable, reserves the right to disqualify the client’s participation in the promo.

An entry is deemed disqualified if:

• The subscription is redeemed or reinvested during the promo period.
  
• The subscription is recorded before or after the promo period (cut-off time during the last day of the promo period will be strictly observed).
• The subscription qualifies for other promotions offered during the promo period.
  

7. The investment credit is non-convertible to cash.

8. Qualified clients will be part of the Raffle Draw on November 12, 2021, 5 p.m. which will be conducted via an online raffle.  Qualified subscribers have a chance to win one (1) of ten (10) Php 5,000 worth of investment credits which will be credited to the subscriber’s Philippine Peso-denominated investment account.  If the subscriber’s investment account is US Dollar-denominated, the client will be required to open and nominate a Philippine Peso-denominated investment account.  The investment credit will be net of 20% withholding tax.

9. Subscribers must stay invested until the raffle draw to qualify.

10. By joining this promo, the qualified subscriber agrees to the collection of information, including financial information pertinent to his account, for purposes of processing his/her registration to the promo.

11. Investments, which are basis for qualification to this promo, will not be qualified for other ongoing promos.

12. BPI AMTC, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to dispute the eligibility of participation in the promo of any subscriber to the unit investment trust funds which it manages if a redemption or reinvestment of the qualifying subscription is recorded. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI AMTC shall be final.

13. BIMI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to dispute the eligibility of participation in the promo of any subscriber to the mutual funds which it manages if a redemption or reinvestment of the qualifying subscription is recorded. In case of dispute, the decision of BIMI shall be final.
