If you recently changed your home address, mobile number or any other personal information, don’t forget to update your latest contact details with us to ensure that you receive your statements of account, service advisories, transaction alerts, One-Time PIN and exciting offers.
To update your personal information:
1. Download the Customer Information Sheet (CIS).
2. Fill-out the CIS and prepare 1 valid government-issued ID (original and a photocopy). See the list of acceptable IDs.
3. Go to any BPI branch to submit the completely filled-out CIS and a photocopy of your ID.
