How do I pay merchants via QR?
Pay merchants with QR Ph code by following these steps:
1. Log in to the VYBE App
2. Tap “Scan to Pay”
3. Align the QR Ph code inside the frame
4. Input amount to pay
5. Select “Use Wallet” as source of payment then tap “Next”
6. Review and confirm payment details by tapping “Pay Now”
7. A confirmation page shall be displayed with your reference number
Yes. All VYBE transactions are credited and debited in real-time. Ensure that you have a stable network connection when you make transactions. Should you still encounter issues, kindly allow BPI to adjust your wallet in two (2) banking days after the date of transaction.
