The new BPI website features a new design that is simpler, much easier to navigate, and is optimized to work in any device that you are using. It also has a new URL – www.bpi.com.ph.

Yes, you may still access www.bpiexpressonline.com. We will announce via our Facebook page until when you can use the  www.bpiexpressonline.com homepage.

www.bpi.com.ph is the new website of BPI where you can explore and discover the different products, services, and offerings of the bank. On the other hand, online.bpi.com.ph is a section of the BPI website where you can manage your accounts and do transactions.

BPI Online is accessible from any page on the new BPI website. You may click on the login button found at the upper right portion of the new BPI website.

For now, registration is done through BPI Online. You may go to https://online.bpi.com.ph/ to create your BPI Online account.

You may connect with us through our social media channels. Links to our Facebook and Twitter pages are located at the bottom part of our new BPI website.

Scroll down to the bottom part of our website to find the Find Us section. Links to our branch, ATM, and CAM locators are listed under that section. Clicking on these links will open the branch/ATM/CAM locator page.

From the new BPI website’s homepage, scroll down until you reach the “How do I” section of the page. Click on the drop down list to open all options. Click on the “How do I find the latest client updates?” to open the client updates page.

From the new BPI website’s homepage, scroll down until you reach the icon menu below the “How do I” section of the page. Click on the icon labeled with “Deposit Rates” to open the rates page for savings and checking accounts.

From the new BPI website’s homepage, scroll down until you reach the icon menu below the “How do I” section of the page. Click on the icon labeled with “Foreign Exchange Rates” to open the latest foreign exchange rates of BPI.

Search function is not yet available on the new BPI website. This feature will be implemented on our future updates. You may use the search function on www.bpiexpressonline.com to look for pages that you need for the meantime.

From the main menu, click on the “Related Sites” to open the list of other BPI related websites. Click on a related website to open.

You may still use your www.bpiexpressonline.com bookmark. We will announce via our Facebook page until when you can use the  www.bpiexpressonline.com homepage.

To properly load the new BPI website, please make sure that your device is connected to the internet. You may also check with your local network administrator to verify that access to www.bpi.com.ph is not blocked by network firewalls.

We are still in the process of updating the new BPI website with new pages. For sections that are not yet updated, clicking on links from these sections will open pages from www.bpiexpressonline.com.
