All our regular branches will be open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Check-clearing cut-off will be at 2:30 PM.
Branches located within a mall compound or business park may have different schedules based on their administration guidelines.
Branches located in LGUs under strict community quarantine may also have different schedules based on their quarantine guidelines.

BPI Head Office units transfer to Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2
Please be advised that various BPI Head Office units — formerly located in Ayala North Exchange, Insular Life, and Makati Stock Exchange — are transferring to Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2 (ATG2), on the corners of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue, Makati City.

Advisory: New check design effective May 1, 2024
Effective May 1, 2024, all checks presented for clearing should comply with the new check design standards and specifications in accordance with Memo Circular No. 3743 issued by the Philippine Clearing House Corporation (PCHC). Please be guided by these changes on the check design:
1. Individual digit boxes provided for the issue date in Month-Day-Year (MM-DD-YYYY) format.
2. Peso sign placed outside the “Amount in Figures” box.
3. Boxed white spaces supplied for the signature portion.
Important reminders:
- Checks in the old format will only be accepted until April 30, 2024.
- You may now order checks in the new format online.
Helpful tips:
- Register in BPI Online.
- Transfer funds within BPI or to other banks through InstaPay or PesoNet conveniently and securely to anyone.

You may continue to use BPI Credit Card and Prepaid Card services as these will remain available.
* BizLink services will resume at 12:01 AM on May 21, 2023 (Sunday).

In accordance with BSP Circular No. 1165 on the credit card interest rate cap adjustment, please be advised that effective March 13, 2023, finance charges will be adjusted as follows:

Advisory: BPI Prepaid Cards
In reference to the announcement of the effectivity of the new fees for Prepaid Cards last January 7, 2021, please be advised that we will start charging a Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) Fee of 2.5% on in-store international transactions done in Peso currency beginning November 2, 2022.

Advisory: BPI Prepaid Cards
Starting August 1, 2022, any card activation request for Amore Visa Prepaid cards will no longer be processed. Please activate your cards immediately if you have not yet done so.
To activate your card, just text IM<space>ON<space>AMOREGO<space>last 10 digits of card number and send to 0922-999-6000 for all networks. Card will be activated in 1-2 banding days upon validation.

Note: You may disregard this announcement if you have already activated your card.
